THE PROBLEM

BrightLine Bags approached us with a common challenge: how to effectively communicate the versatility of their product to potential customers. They needed engaging videos that not only showcased their bags' adaptability but also resonated with their diverse audience, ranging from pilots to business professionals, photographers, and drone operators. The goal was to build a comprehensive content library for their website, social channels and paid media ads.

OUR SOLUTION

We developed a video strategy tailored to each stage of the customer journey. Through a series of videos, we showcased how the modular design allowed the bag to transform from a sleek laptop carrier to a spacious duffel that fits any type of gear with only a few parts. We also demonstrated the tangible impact of their product by capturing a customer story of a flight instructor who relied on BrightLine Bags to elevate his flight school.
